Welcome to Panoramic Paradise, a thoughtfully designed mountain retreat perched at 4,200 feet.<br />

Inside, an open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas&mdash;perfect for gathering and unwinding. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase stunning long-range mountain views. The main-level primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you&rsquo;ll find two additional king bedrooms and a full hall bath.<br />

The lower level offers a second living area with a gas fireplace and arcade machine, along with two bedrooms&mdash;one with two queen-over-queen bunk beds and another with a king bed&mdash;sharing a full bathroom.<br />

Step outside to the expansive deck, where you can sip your morning coffee as the sun rises over the mountains or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine as the sky fills with color. With sweeping views and fresh mountain air, it&rsquo;s the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and take in the beauty of your surroundings.<br />

<strong>Additional Notes:</strong><br />
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
- Guests can enjoy easy to access roads leading to and from the home however, AWD or 4WD vehicles may be required in the winter months or in times of inclement weather. Chains may also be necessary.&nbsp;<br />
- Stayed with us before? Repeat guests returning to Panoramic Paradise can receive a 10% room rent discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.&nbsp;<br />
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.&nbsp;<br />
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.<br />
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.<br />
