Property Description

Location, location, and more! This modern log cabin is located in the heart of White Mountains. It has easy access to snowmobile trails as well as all the attractions, natural or manmade, that the area offers. The award-winning ski slopes at Bretton Woods are less than 10 minutes away. And so much more! You'll wish you had more time to explore the many state parks, waterfalls, and incredible hikes that are just 15 minutes from Santa's Village. This log cabin is located in a convenient location. It has a large loft and stone gas fireplace. The yard is perfect for outdoor play. Bring Fido, dogs are also welcome!

This cabin was built in 2018 and combines rustic charm with functional amenities and stunning mountain views. You will find a large mudroom where you can store your skis and boots. A small living space with futon, which doubles as a sleeping area, is located on the same floor.

Upstairs you'll find an open-plan living space that includes a functional kitchen with modern appliances and rustic live edge dining tables (seats six), as well as a living room with a gas fireplace and stone chimney. This floor also contains a full bathroom and two bedrooms (both with queen beds) A loft with a queen-sized bed and rustic decor is also available.

NOTE: Accessible to wheelchairs, there is a handicap toilet seat in the closet under the stairs. There is also an access ramp on either side of the house that is accessible by vehicles.

Loft:
Queen bed
The loft is large and opens to the living and kitchen areas below. This is being referred to as a bedroom.

Lower level:
A new fold-out futon and a TV with DVD player share a shared space.

Garage (not for guest access)

HOUSE RULES:
-Check in after 4PM, unless otherwise permitted
Checkout at 11 am. Unauthorized late checkouts subject $100/hr fee
-The reported guest count cannot be exceeded in the unit without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-It is not acceptable for people, instruments or tvs to be so loud that they are a nuisance to others.
Guests are expected to observe posted speed limits and drive with caution.
No smoking in the unit. $250 penalty for violations
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No trash to be left out at any time. $100 penalty for violating this policy
Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets can be subject to a $300 fine and removal from the property.
