Property Description

The lodge is located on 32 acres and is bordered by National Forest. The lodge also has access to a private beach for tubing or fishing. You can explore the incredible ecological diversity of the area by following nature trails, which take you to streams, vernal pools and maple forests, as well as beaver ponds, stream, vernal pool, red spruce, and beaver ponds. The deck is a great place to sit and see if you can spot our resident Bald Eagle. The deck overlooks the White Mountains National Forest's protected bird nesting area. Enjoy stunning views of Mount Washington. The outdoor living space is ideal for the whole family. After a long day of skiing or hiking, you can gather around the firepit to relax or host the rustic wedding of your dreams. The home is surrounded by nature, but you still have access to all the special amenities. A 5-person hot tub is available on the deck. There is also a gas stove, AC and Jacuzzi bathtub in your master bedroom. The lower level has a kitchen, foosball and a pool table. The living room has log furniture and a sectional. Upstairs you will find a large kitchen that includes all the essential appliances, such as an Instant Pot, a slow cooker, and stainless steel appliances. The secondary living area is located just off the main entrance. It allows you to relax and enjoy the stunning view and electric fireplace while you read. The second living area downstairs has a large TV that is ideal for keeping the children entertained while the adults unwind. There are many options for TVs including Hulu+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and HBO. The ski area base is only two minutes away. This mountain retreat is only minutes from the best restaurants and skiing in Bretton Woods, as well as other adventure activities.
