Built on 3 levels, the house has two living areas, one with wood burning and one with gas fireplace, including a large open floor kitchen/living/dining room and a bar area downstairs, making it perfect for large groups and multiple families. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people, and you will be a stone's throw to some of New England's most coveted attractions, from the ski trails of Bretton Woods, to the winter magic of the many surrounding towns, to the cog rail, Santa's Village, and much much more. Previously available only as a seasonal rental, we now have the pleasure to make this available to the short term visitors looking for a great place to stay for a shorter vacation!

*****PLEASE NOTE: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside must be followed. Propane and charcoal grill or any form of open fire is strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Thank you for helping make sure that short term rentals remain a privilege all of our guests can enjoy*****

-Check-in: Anytime after 4PM unless otherwise authorized
-Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-Quiet Hours 10 pm - 8 am; $100 fee will be imposed for violations
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, TVs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-2 car maximum; $100 fee per vehicle will be imposed for violations
-Groups with more than two vehicles or trailers are required to utilize overflow parking.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No open flame within 10 feet of the building including propane and charcoal grills. $250 fee for violation. Electric grills allowed.
-No fire pits. $250 fee for violation.
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Pets not allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
