As you arrive, you&rsquo;ll be greeted by a spacious multi-purpose common area designed for fun, convenience, and 3-season enjoyment. A large garage-style door can be opened flooding the space with fresh air and natural light in the warmer months, opening directly onto a small deck with a propane grill&mdash;ideal for summer barbecues or relaxing apr&egrave;s-hike afternoons. Inside, you&rsquo;ll find ski and gear racks, a game table, and a high-top table where you can gather for a drink, map out the next day&rsquo;s plans, or enjoy a round of cards. Step just beyond the deck and grill to the front yard, complete with a fire pit perfect for s&rsquo;mores under a blanket of White Mountain stars.<br />

Head back inside and settle into the cozy main living space. This inviting living area features comfortable recliners, a TV and a wood stove for cozy relaxation. Beyond this, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals, a dining area for four, and walkout slider to the back of the house. The main level is completed by a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and an easy-to-use incinerator toilet. A central room doubles as a dedicated workspace and reading nook, offering a desk, laptop cubby, and a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or wrap up a bit of remote work.<br />

Occupancy and Pets<br />
-The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests.&nbsp;<br />
-Dogs are allowed (2 max), any other types of animals require approval. All pets except for Service Animals are subject to a Pet Fee per pet.<br />
-Dogs should not be left unattended in units if there is potential for them to damage the property.<br />
-Respectful Noise Levels: Let&#39;s keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.<br />

-A trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay. You can leave bagged trash in the home and our team will handle it. Trash may also be disposed of at the local trash facility.&nbsp;<br />
