Good place to stay but be aware of the pool when entering because it’s very slick! There is no texture at all on the steps and I had a good fall when I hit the first step! My foot flew out from under me and I hurt my foot and bruised up my arm which I should have filed a accident report to yhe rental company but forgot! The hot tub is not too great! The view was fantastic and right on the beach! Jellyfish was a problem there but we still enjoyed the beach! This place is a great place to rent from but I will avoid this certain condo # because it was small for 8 people!

We were all very pleased with the location of this wonderful condo! We had 5 adults, 1 toddler, and an infant on our trip. The condo was very clean and well kept! We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach each day and it was very convenient to be able to take the little ones up for nap time each day. The office staff that contacted us with details was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this condo to anyone heading to Ft. Walton!

Overall experience was top notch! Booking was easy, all details included, follow-up and communications prior to our actual arrival were clear and app was extremely convenient! Condo location was beautiful and clean; only a few very minor things we noticed or thought could be improved for future guests but again, overall, very happy and comfortable!!!

Such a nice condo. Very clean right on the beach. They had extra beach chairs and it was great that chairs and an umbrella were also included. Would stay again!

Condo was exactly what we wanted. Space was good. Master bedroom & bathroom was very comfortable. Living area & kitchen was perfect size. But it’s all about the view! So very awesome!! Pool was great. And the beach was spectacular. We especially liked the chairs that came with the rental. Overall it was an awesome vacation!! Highly recommend you stay here!
