Beautiful views and very clean condo. The only complaint I have is the king bed in master suite was a little lumpy and not comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Our condo was just beautiful and very very clean. Beautifully decorated too. The beds were very had every single thing we could possibly have wanted or needed. Huge balcony. The 2 pools were wonderful as well as the hot tub was an added bonus. The location was close to the pier and also several restaurants. Go to Stewbys! It's so good. And Fubar for pizza and the putt putt/ice cream place too! Couldn't have asked for a nicer condo. Definitely going back again! Thanks for a wonderful week at Summer Place 302!

This was probably the best condo we have ever stayed at in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach, Florida area. The property description was very accurate, clean, and well-maintained. This is our second time staying with Brooks and Shorey but first time at summer place. We loved the place. Very clean and decorated nicely. The 2 pool options was nice because it made it feel like it wasn’t as crowded. The beach chairs and umbrella was a plus for us with a toddler. We didn’t have to worry about going down and getting a spot to set things up. We will definitely stay here again.

We continue to return to this same unit due to the excellent accommodations. The 3 bedrooms are all large along w/ private baths for each one. The kitchen is bright with new appliances and very well equipped. The balcony is not only large but had excellent, colorful furniture that enables a terrific view of the beach, ocean and pool. The location of this condo on Fort Walton Beach is perfect for walking to AJs every night for cocktails and dinner. We will continue to return to this unit every time to visit Fort Walton Beach.
