Property Description

Welcome to Valle View!    The Valle View is located at the top of an asphalt road that has been maintained privately. There is ample parking. The road is curvy and uphill. It's mostly one lane. In winter and bad weather, tire chains and 4WD are required. You will not be able access the property or leave it safely without this.   The views from Valle View are spectacular. It is perched on a quiet ridge, with a few other cabins, and offers a lot of elbow room. The property features a large, level front and back yard with plenty of space to play. It also has a wood-burning fireplace with cherry log stools and a small, fenced-in, side yard. This is perfect for guests who have a dog. The backyard and covered deck at the rear are private. The village of Valle Crucis with its original Mast General store, restaurants, shops, a beautiful park, and access the Watauga river are only minutes away.   The dining area is shared by an open-concept great-room with vaulted ceilings, leather furnishings, a stone wood burning fireplace, and large HDTV. The kitchen features stainless appliances and a cooktop with gas. The dining area features a banquet style dining table that can seat up to eight guests. The sliding glass doors lead to a large covered patio on the back with outdoor dining furniture, ceiling fans, a grill, and hot tub.   The main floor features a bedroom with an HDTV and a queen-sized bed. A full hallway bathroom is located directly across the hall, with a large step in shower.   The loft-style bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed, an HDTV and a queen-size couch. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also located upstairs.   The Valle View offers guests a variety of comforts, including a washer/dryer, central heating and cooling, three (3) HDTVs, each with Roku stick/streaming capabilities, WiFi internet, Sonos sound, and dozens of games and books.   The Valle View is pet friendly. There can be only one (1) dog in a reservation, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. The dog must have all current vaccinations, flea/tick preventative and be up-to-date on flea/tick prevention. Standard pet fees are charged. The dog must not be allowed to jump up on beds or furniture if it is left unattended. Guests are responsible if their pet causes damage or requires additional cleaning.   MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK   CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a refund in full. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. If you have purchased travel insurance, and the reason of the cancellation is covered by the policy, you can recover the full amount.
