Matteyville is nestled in the Appalachian Mountains within the Cherokee National Forest. It's a beautiful location for adventurers. Watauga Lake, Watauga Vineyard, and Villa Nove Vineyard are all within a 30 minute drive of the cabin. The house is visible across Watauga lake. Multiple marinas rent boats and provide water sports equipment such as fishing and swimmng. The large windows and wooden interiors provide plenty of light to the home. The gas fireplace is visible from the kitchen and living room. You will find a comfortable sofa and chairs around a pooltable upstairs. The main bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The spiral staircase leads up to the third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and twin sleeper couch. The third bedroom has a queen bed and twin sleeper sofa. It also comes with a TV, as well as a private bathroom. This home features central heat and air conditioning, WiFi and ROKU streaming to the TVs. The home also has a washer/dryer. Pets are not allowed. Matteyville is a great place to create fond memories! ****Access disclosure - The road from Matteyville is a curvy road maintained by the state. It is paved over several miles. Once you pass through the gates, the HOA is responsible for maintaining the community roads. The community roads are gravel. This property is best accessed with 4-wheel drive or All Wheel Drive. Snow removal is not possible on the state portion of the road during winter. Matteyville can be booked for Spring, Summer or Fall. YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK
