You'll find the half bath in the foyer as you enter. The great room is spacious and features a beautiful mountain view, vaulted roof, gas log fireplace and a deck with a walkout. The great room is the perfect place to socialize! The open kitchen, with its upscale appliances and a variety of frequently requested items will be a hit with you. On the main level, you will find a master suite with a deck. This home is perfect for family holidays or travel with friends.

Need to get work done? The loft has a desk and the Internet is great! The loft has a bathroom with two queen-sized bedrooms. Both rooms have flat-screen televisions mounted on the wall. The room closest to the top of stairs has a beautiful lake and mountain views. The other bedroom has a lot of light, is spacious and bright.

The lower level of The Bears Castle has been designed with convenience and fun in mind. You'll find here a full bathroom and a laundry area, as well as a second kitchen with a microwave, stove and sink. This level includes a bunk bed to accommodate your sleeping requirements: one full, two twins, and two queens. There is also a semi private queen bedroom (open to the ceiling). Are you ready for some competitions? Enjoy the six-person pool table, air hockey table with pinball machine, ping-pong table, skeetball, and pinball before relaxing on the wraparound deck. AREA WIDE NOTE: Lake Lure is undergoing a drawdown beginning January 1, 2024 and lasting through the first quarter (March 31, 2024). The lake will be lowered approximately 1 foot a day until it reaches 12 feet. During this time, infrastructure maintenance, dredging and dam projects will be accelerated. These efforts by the town of Lake Lure could affect the access to the lake or restrict any lake use. Click here for more information. The lake is expected to return to normal levels in mid-late April. We understand that this is an inconvenience but it allows you to enjoy Lake Lure's full beauty during the holiday season and fall. This will not affect smaller lakes in the region, only Lake Lure.
