Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this professionally decorated, spacious, three bed, three and 1/2 bath townhome located in Demere Moss Landing. This 3 story end unit is in the perfection south-island location - close to both the beach and the St. Simons Pier and Village area.

The first level of Demere Moss #20 is a double car garage. The second level opens into the main living area of this well appointed unit. You will love the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining room and powder room. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. The Master bedroom, also located on the 2nd floor, has a King size bed and a private en-suite bath with a double vanity. This light and airy bedroom has a TV, ceiling fan and a private balcony.

The third floor boasts a second full size living area with comfortable couches, double ceiling fans and television with DVD player. At the head of the stairs is a large laundry room, complete with extra counter space, soaking sink, ironing board, iron and full size washer and dryer. Off to the right of the living area, there is a Queen bedroom with a full bath that can be closed off for privacy or opened from the den. On the left, there is another large bedroom with another King bed and a private bath.

My rental experience was overall quite good. The only 2 issues the property had were that the linens smelled terrible and the microwave is in need of replacing.
Regarding the linens; it was obvious that they had been left in the washer and smelled moldy. I had to do a cleaning cycle on the clothes washer and then re-wash all the towels that I wanted to use to get rid of the terrible smell.
Regarding the microwave; the front of the microwave was falling off. The unit was still usable, but it is definitely time to replace it.
