We are proud to offer this luxury oceanfront condominium located along Beachview Drive and across from the 5th Street Beach access point on St. Simons Island.

This is truly one-of-a-kind! Beachview 911 is beautifully appointed, with marble floors, 15’ ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with high-end Viking and Kitchen-aide appliances, including separate ice maker and wine cooler.

The open living and dining room area has a 60" TV and windows all across the front with purely magical views. This unit features 3 large bedrooms with en-suites for complete privacy. You will love the master bedroom featuring a comfortable king size bed, TV and ceiling fan. One guest room has a queen size bed, television and ceiling fan and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination. The other guest room has a set of twin beds and the private bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The balcony, which stretches the length of the home, offers spectacular oceanfront views with plenty of seating for your entire family. If you are in to grilling, you will want to take advantage of the private elevator and drop down to the patio area for the perfect opportunity to “grill with a view”!

This property is ideal for a family or a couples retreat!

With an oceanfront location and close proximity to the Pier area (for shopping and restaurants), Beachview 911 is a perfect vacation spot for you on St. Simons Island!

NOTE: Beachview 911 is located on the middle floor of the building. Beachview 913 is located on the top floor of the building. There are no shared access points between the two units.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 911 Beachview. The home was very nice and the location was perfect. It was close enough to walk in to town or just up the road to eat at our favorite restaurants. The ocean is only steps from the home which made it perfect for the grands and hauling chairs and toys. This is one area that has a beach during high tide so we were able to stay out all day. We will definitely look to stay at 911 in the future.
