You will love the master bedroom featuring a comfortable king size bed, TV and ceiling fan. One guest room has a queen size bed, television and ceiling fan and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination. The other guest room has a set of twin beds and the private bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The balcony, which stretches the length of the home, offers spectacular oceanfront views with plenty of seating for your entire family. If you are in to grilling, you will want to take advantage of the private elevator and drop down to the patio area for the perfect opportunity to “grill with a view”!

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
