St. Simons Grand # 307 offers unobstructed panoramic Atlantic Ocean views from the living room and balcony. Brand new sliding glass doors were installed May of 2022! The kitchen had been completely renovated in 2025!
The unit is generously proportioned and features nine-foot ceilings, quality interior detailing, wall to wall sliding glass doors. You will enjoy spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite.
The condominium is well appointed with large living and dining area, over-sized oceanfront furnished balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms. The dining room table seats 6 with additional bar seating for 4 available. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bath with separate garden tub and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.

St. Simons Grand is located on Ocean Boulevard near the Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access and the well-loved East Beach neighborhood of St. Simons. Easy walking distance to local favorite restaurants – Crabdaddy’s, Crab Trap and Beachcomber BBQ.
