Daytona Beach house unit 504

This spacious beach house worked great for our familys recent vacation. We loved the close proximity to the beach, just a short walk from the lower level. The unit provided beach chairs, beach towels and plenty of beach toys for our granddaughter to play with. We also enjoyed watching the morning sunrise over the ocean. While there is on-going construction, it did not really interfere with our familys activities. Security and underground parking are good. The unit had comfortable furniture and a fully stocked kitchen so we could make many of our meals right there. (There is a Publix grocery store close by.) The unit was well stocked in bath towels as well. Our contact, went above and beyond to insure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! He welcomed us at the unit when we arrived and showed us around. He even checked in with us the following day to make sure everything was good. When we had an issue that needed fixing, he took care of it right away. On cooler days when we were not headed to the beach, it was just a short drive to the Daytona Aquarium, Childrens Museum and Ocean Walk Shops. We had a fun evening dining at Joes Crab Shack over the water and did another day trip to the Ponce de Leon Lighthouse and park, about a half hour drive from the unit. All in all, a great family stay!

Love the view, the wraparound deck was perfect. I wanted an ocean view from the living room and my bed and that is what this place gave me. Thank you. Three bedrooms and 2 baths are perfect. Easy to get to beach and back with two toddlers.

This condo is beautiful, spacious, and very clean with tons of amenities useful for being on the beach. There were beach towels left on our bed for use, boogie boards and board games if you have kids, and books to read for rainy days. The balconies have beautiful views of both the beach and the city. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Our family had the most enjoyable stay here. We loved the LED lights that were on the balcony. The view was perfect. The pull out couches are huge! The kitchen has everything you need. This dish washer was silent. I mean everything was absolutely perfect! We did not hear the jackhammers much at all and there is easy access to the beach. The pool is perfect in the sun but evening time unless it is really hot I would not advise swimming in it. There was nothing I have any complaints about. Our stay was amazing 😍

Location is good, you can just walk to the beach. Apartment has good amenities. Plenty of room and actually perfect for party of a 6. Bathrooms need basic maintenance and better exhausts. I recommend this and would stay here again for Daytona beach.
