Property Description

This is a new listing - a beautiful Log home south of Deadwood approx. 5 miles. Located in a private spot, with beautiful scenery, wrap around deck and a fabulous back yard area with running spring, fire pit and lots of seating to really enjoy the Black Hills!

Bear Butte Gulch Lodge is a beautiful home with spacious living room with gorgeous rock fireplace, pool table, flat screen TV and a wall of windows to enjoy the scenery. Just off the living room is a full kitchen and washer/dryer - all on the main floor. There is also a main floor bedroom with queen size bed and full bath. Upstairs you'll find another family room with Big Screen TV, walk-out patio, 2nd full bathroom and private bedroom with King size bed, TV and balcony. The couch in the family room folds out to a queen size sofa sleeper.

The sunken addition is just 2 steps down from the main level with a family room with rock fireplace, poker table and desk area, 2 bedrooms, one with a full-size set of bunk beds and the other bedroom bunk with a full on bottom, twin on top. 2-stall garage for use upon request.

BEDS: 4 bedrooms - 1 King and 1 queen size bedroom, 1 bedrooms with full-size bunk beds (full up and full down),1 bedroom with bunk (full on bottom, twin on top), sofa sleeper in loft. Sleeps 13.
