This renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor beachfront condo offers a queen size bed in both bedrooms. A full ensuite bathroom accompanies each bedroom for the privacy of each guests accommodations. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for any overflow guests you may have, making this unit sleep a maximum of 6 persons.

Awaiting your cooking passion is a large completely remodeled, fully stocked, kitchen. You'll find new appliances and ample space for cooking your meals in. A formal dining area, with a large dining room table for seating, is located beside the kitchen for your dining pleasure. Gas grills are offered onsite with picinic table areas for dining outside, and shuffleboard courts beside them for your entertainment.

After dinner relax with a cold beverage on the lanai, overlooking the pool. Enjoy partial views of the Gulf of Mexico from the lanai as well; which is always refreshing to look at. You may even be enticed to take a walk out on the soft white sand before heading in for the evening.

Leonardo Arms is located beachfront at the southern end of Fort Myers Beach by the Estero Critical Wildlife Preserve. A beautiful bridge walkway has been built for your walking pleasure, over the preserve, to get to the beach allowing you to take part in the beauty of the wildlife you'll find in the preserve and natural section of the beach that this complex offers. This bridge provides you with quick access to the beach in under 2 minutes walk from the condo.

After a long day on the beach, shopping, or playing golf relax in the comfortable living room and catch up on your favorite show on the flat screen TV. Retire at the end of the night to the master suite where there is also a flat screen TV.

Leonardo Arms is conveniently located by the Santini Plaza, Beach Theater, Fort Myers Beach Golf Club, and Lovers Key State Park. There will always be an abundance of things to choose from while on vacation. You can also appreciate what the property offers such as: shuffleboard, gas grills, coin operated laundry facilities, a library, heated pool, covered parking, and a covered boardwalk built to cross over the preserve to the beach.
