The great room is an open concept area complete with a flat screen TV, including a subwoofer and sound bar. A comfy sofa, that can be converted to a queen sleeper if desired, is open to the efficiency kitchen and dining area. Open the sliding glass doors off the living room allowing the Gulf breeze to flow through the condo. Step out onto the balcony where you can enjoy the views of the pool, Estero Bay and Flippers Restaurant.
