Entering the living room it is comfortably furnished with a large leather sectional sofa and wall mounted flat screen TV. This flows into an open dining area and kitchen. Cool Mexican paver flooring throughout. This property is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting.

The kitchen has a newer built-in range and oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily meals, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning. The dining table accommodates 6 people. And for those barbecue enthusiasts, there is a gas grill on the lower back side with privacy fence in a tropical garden setting.

A walk down the hallway finds a bathroom on the left with lavatory vanity, tub/shower, and adjoining laundry room. Further down the hallway takes you to a nicely furnished bedroom with queen-size bed, as well as a wall mounted flat screen TV and walkin closet.

Back into the hall to the left is a well-stocked linen closet, then on to the cozy, well-decorated master bedroom suite with queen size bed and wall mounted flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom is complete with vanity and tub/shower combination. Coming out of the master bedroom brings you back to the hallway and into the living area once again.

The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing within walking or biking distance. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. We also have a company that rents a myriad of beach equipment -- like umbrellas, beach chairs, beach wagons and coolers, as well as needs for the little ones, sports, and special needs equipment.

Our rental properties are all outfitted with high tech features such as remote entry locks, high speed wireless internet, etc. On premesis parking available.
