After entering the home and taking a few steps beyond the foyer, you will notice the spacious living/kitchen and dining area. This area is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a kitchen island with a large capacity, and a table that can seat 16. The 9' shuffleboard is located just behind the dining room table.

Continue into the living area to find an 86" flat-screen television mounted on the wall, perfect for movie nights. Open the sliding doors to let in fresh air, then head outside for a swim in your private pool. You'll also find a Weber propane grill and comfortable sofas to soak up the Florida sun. See if you can find the flamingos while hanging out.

After pool, head up to the arcade room to settle your score. You can play Dance Dance Revolution, Big Buck Hunter and other machines.

You can choose from 10 bedrooms, including 2 large master suites with soaker tubs that will make you feel like you are in a spa. A wheelchair accessible shower is located in another bedroom on the first-floor. Seven more bedrooms are located upstairs, and the majority of them have an attached bathroom.

Resort Community

The exclusive community of Encore is conveniently located near all the top attractions. There are also tons of restaurants and shopping options. The resort grounds are well-maintained and feature beach volleyball courts, a bar and restaurant, and cozy seating areas. The HOA has many restrictions that prevent access to the Encore waterpark. Jimmy Buffett's Island is a larger and more advanced waterpark that is only a 10-minute drive from the property.

Neighborhood

This home is centrally located and just steps from all the action. Walt Disney World, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports are all within 15 minutes. Irlo Bronson/192 is home to many great shops and restaurants, including Ford's Garage and Carrabba's. Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House and Cracker Barrel can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

This home is stocked with a limited starter set, such as soaps and toilet paper. It is recommended that guests either bring additional items or purchase them after arrival.

Contactless check-in can be done anytime after 4p and checkout before 10a

The property is subject to a strict "no party" policy. Guests must be over 25 years old to register.

The pool and spa in the backyard are heated for $40 a day. The pool heat is needed to heat the spa, as they can't be separated.

This rental does not include access to the waterpark or transportation (due resort restrictions), but you can still order room service.
