The expansive living space will impress you as soon as you enter the home. The open kitchen is perfect for the chef in the family, as it has stainless-steel appliances and a large island. It also includes two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a large dining table with sweeping views of the pool. The living area is adjacent to the kitchen and dining and has a sectional sofa with flat screen tv. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day at the theme parks!

This home features a movie theater with tiers of seating and popcorn on the walls. You'll also find a game room with bubble hockey, shuffleboard and giant wall Scrabble. There is also a pool table and a classic upright video arcade.

You can cool off in the pool or a large outdoor barbecue.

You can choose from eleven bedrooms, including two master suites, each with a king-size bed, mounted TV and adjoining ensuite. Other rooms have Queen-size beds, and there are a few themed bunk beds that the kids will love.

Resort Community

The exclusive community of Encore is conveniently located near all the top attractions. There are also tons of restaurants and shopping options. The resort grounds are well-maintained and feature beach volleyball courts, a bar and restaurant, and cozy seating areas. The HOA has many restrictions that prevent access to the Encore waterpark. Jimmy Buffett's Island is a larger and more advanced waterpark that is only a 10-minute drive from the property.

Neighborhood

This home is centrally located and just steps from all the action. Walt Disney World, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports are all within 15 minutes. Irlo Bronson/192 is home to many great shops and restaurants, including Ford's Garage and Carrabba's. Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House and Cracker Barrel can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

This home is stocked with a limited starter set, such as soaps and toilet paper. It is recommended that guests either bring additional items or purchase them after arrival.

Contactless check-in can be done anytime after 4p and checkout before 10a

The property is subject to a strict "no party" policy. Guests must be over 25 years old to register.

The pool and spa in the backyard are heated for $40 a day. The pool heat is needed to heat the spa, as they can't be separated.

This rental does not include access to the waterpark or transportation (due resort restrictions), but you can still order room service.
