Upon entering the home, you&rsquo;ll be amazed by the expansive living area. The open kitchen will appeal to the chef of the family as it&#39;s well equipped with stainless-steel appliances, large island, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a huge dining table with views of the adjacent pool. Neighboring the kitchen and dining is the living area with a comfy sectional sofa and flat screen tv &ndash; perfect for lounging around after a day at the parks!<br />

Movie night will be a sure hit as this home has a pretty epic theater with tiered seating and popcorn all over the walls. Nearby you&rsquo;ll find an equally impressive game room complete with bubble hockey, shuffleboard, giant wall Scrabble, pool table, and a classic upright arcade.<br />

When you&rsquo;re ready to call it a night, head to one of the eleven bedrooms including one of two master suites each with king-size beds, mounted television and adjacent ensuite. You&rsquo;ll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you&rsquo;ll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett&#39;s Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.<br />

Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You&rsquo;re less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Great shops and eateries such as Ford&rsquo;s Garage, Carrabba&rsquo;s, Bonefish Grill, Miller&rsquo;s Ale House, and Cracker Barrel are all within 10 minutes on Irlo Bronson/ 192.<br />
