You'll notice, as you enter and walk a few steps beyond the entryway, the spacious living/dining/kitchen area with a large dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped with dual dishwashers and fridges. The large flatscreen TV is the focal point of a cozy and spacious seating area that overlooks the pool.

Open the large sliding panels on a nice afternoon and let in fresh air or take a dip! If you are looking for someone, it's likely that they're upstairs in the loft or game room playing pool and watching the game on the four large mounted TVs. If that doesn't solve the problem, try one of the classic games on the upright arcade. Or go inside and save dinosaurs in the Jurassic Park arcade.

You'll find eleven bedrooms, including a master bedroom with king-size beds and mounted TV, as well as three immersive, fully immersive themed rooms. There are five more king-sized bedrooms, one queen-sized bedroom, two bedrooms with twin beds, and two bedrooms with full-size beds. We almost forgot about the Minions bedroom, with its Twin over Full bunks.

Resort Community

The exclusive community of Encore is conveniently located near all the top attractions. There are also tons of restaurants and shopping options. The resort grounds are well-maintained and feature beach volleyball courts, a bar and restaurant, and cozy seating areas. The HOA has many restrictions that prevent access to the Encore waterpark. Jimmy Buffett's Island is a larger and more advanced waterpark that is only a 10-minute drive from the property.

Neighborhood

This home is centrally located and just steps from all the action. Walt Disney World, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports are all within 10 minutes. Irlo 192/ Bronson offers great shops and restaurants such as Ford's Garage and Carrabba's.

The pool and spa in the backyard are heated for $40 a day. The pool heat is needed to heat the spa, as they can't be separated.

This rental does not include access to the waterpark or transportation (due resort restrictions), but you can still order room service.
