Upon entering, and a few steps past the foyer, you&rsquo;ll notice the expansive living/ dining/ kitchen area, furnished with contemporary furniture and numerous high-end kitchen appliances. In fact, you&#39;ll be seeing double in the kitchen with its dual refrigerators, dishwashers and ranges. Preparing meals for large groups may never be this easy. The spacious living area features a large comfy sectional sofa and mounted 86 inch flat-screen television and becomes the foundation of a memorable family night. A large dining table with tons of seating can be found adjacent to the kitchen.<br />

You&rsquo;ll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you&rsquo;ll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett&rsquo;s Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.<br />

Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You&rsquo;re less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports.
