Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett&#39;s Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.<br />
