This home is perfect for anyone looking to relax in the Florida Keys, whether they are on vacation with their family, going fishing or just relaxing. This spacious, single-level stilt house of 1,800 square feet offers 4 bedrooms, three full baths, a large open living area, a covered back porch with sweeping views of the canal, a private pool, and 62' dock. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bath and a walk-in closet. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds, one with an ensuite bathroom and the other with a bath/shower combo. The fourth bedroom has two twins (a daybed and trundle). Each bathroom has a hairdryer. The upstairs terrace is covered with 3 sitting areas, TV, a large teak table that seats 8 and a serene outlook. Spacious Great Room, Kitchen and Dining Area. The couch in the living area has a full-size pullout. Fully equipped kitchen, including all modern appliances. Enjoy complimentary WiFi and 7 televisions, including two outside. There is a Sonos Bluetooth indoor/outdoor sound system. You can use a large capacity washer and dryer. The spacious covered porch upstairs features three seating areas, a gas barbecue and is ideal for entertaining. The large teak dining table is perfect for enjoying a meal outside or watching the sunset. The pool area has two covered seating areas and four chaise loungers. The pool is 16 x 40 with a maximum 5 foot depth. It can be heated for an extra $200 per week plus taxes if paid in advanced or $250 on arrival. Water and a custom-made fish cleaning table. Two single-person kayaks are available, as well as a 450 lb commercial Ice Maker, and two freezers (one for the bait, and one for the fish!). The property is located less than a mile from Sombrero Beach and has a wide, off-road walking/running/bike bath. The property is also less than half a mile from Publix, which means you can spend more time enjoying your vacation instead of stocking up on provisions. Rents start at $3200 from September 5 to December 15 (except Thanksgiving week). All holidays are $4400/wk. Regular rates are $3900/wk. The two main lobster seasons and mini-season are $4,500/wk.
