Property Description

The Pelican's LagoonBrand new 6 bedroom 7 1/2 bathroom with a 45ft. deep water T dock. The resort style pool and hot tub has a view of the water. There are several outdoor entertainment areas.

All 6 bedrooms have a custom-made en suite bathroom. 3 king beds and 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has a TV. The living room has a pull-out couch. Two bedrooms with king-size beds on the main floor.

The kitchen and living area are both custom granite with an open concept. The TV's are arranged as follows: one 65", five 50", and one 43". The kitchen offers stunning views of the water. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a BBQ grill and commercial ice machine. It also has a bait freezer, fish cleaning table, and a bait freezer. Tarpons and sea turtles are resident in the lagoon behind our house. (You may even see manatees or lobsters)

4 Kayaks, each with a kayak dock launch that is custom-made for you. Please note that parking is only for 3 vehicles. Boat trailers must be stored in our secure storage behind our office.
