Palm Tree ResortThis 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gulf front house has amazing views and a meticulously manicured yard. This tropical retreat offers breathtaking views of the Gulf and sunsets from nearly every room! The Palm Tree Resort, a gated resort of three quarters of an acre located directly on Gulf in a premier area of Morton Street. This three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is the perfect place to enjoy a memorable vacation or reunion. Our newly constructed 20' by 40' swimming pool has a shallow area for children to play, while other family members can swim in the 7-foot depth. Relax in our large spa, which can accommodate up to eight people. The two spa waterfalls that overflow the pool will provide an exhilarating and thrilling experience. The pool is chlorinated salt water with LED night lights. Heat is available for $200 per week. Relax and sunbathe on our large pool deck while you lounge in our comfortable and cozy furniture. Enjoy the 120-foot Gulf shoreline unobstructed with a custom entry for swimming or launching a kayak. Two kayaks, complete with paddles and safety jackets, are available for your convenience (please return to designated locations). The large Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary is a certified sanctuary. Relax and stroll along the front garden paths. Enjoy the special host plants while listening to mourning birds and other birds that visit daily. The soft lighting and abundance of stars at night is a real treat. Enjoy the open concept with stunning views of the gulf. This large living room, dining room, and kitchen has a cathedral ceiling with two fans. There are several sliding glass doors that lead out to the screened-in lanai where you can enjoy the breezes. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a 60" television on a rotating arm. The kitchen has everything you need to entertain, including a Jenaire gas grill stove, a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser built into the door, a Summit beverage/wine fridge with tempered glass front; Bosch dishwasher; microwave; Keurig coffeemaker; and garbage disposal. The laundry room is conveniently located in the middle of home and has a brand new large capacity washer/dryer. The bedrooms are located in separate wings. The master suite spans the width of the house and includes a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and en suite. The annex on the opposite side has two bedrooms with a full bath. The gulf-view bedroom has a queen and twin beds with sliding glass doors leading to the large screened in porch. The second bedroom, with a queen-size bed, is located in the front of the house overlooking the garden. The second bathroom has a bathtub and glass shower enclosure. The screened-in porch is a relaxing and dining area where you can watch wildlife and sunsets. On the first floor, there is a quiet reading area and a game room overlooking the Gulf and pool. The sliding glass doors allow easy access to the bathroom from the pool deck. You can enjoy the shade of a covered patio while listening to the Gulf and pool falls.

Please note that the door lock at the main entry opens in the opposite way. Holidays and lobster weeks are $4,000. Rental rates: $3500/wk. Booking fee of $50, $300 cleaning fee, 12.5% tax and $500 refundable deposit. Please note that a pool heater or a chiller are available for $200/wk plus tax. This is only a summer rental. May 1 to 19 November for boats under 25' $2,995/wk Sept 1 to Nov 20.
