Property Description

This cute 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom half duplex is located on a lagoon in Gulfside, Marathon. Very nicely furnished and decorated. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed and a futon. Sleeps six. The living room has vaulted ceilings that add to the spacious feeling. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast nook but no dishwasher. On the back deck, you can enjoy the lagoon while grilling on the gas grill. The backyard is beautifully landscaped, walled, and leads to an excellent dock for your boat and fishing. Fish cleaning station with electric and water. Central air, 3 TVs with VCR, washer/dryer and microwave, but no dishwasher. $1100/week except for Thanksgiving. WIFI available!
