Cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath half duplex on a lagoon, Gulfside in Marathon. Very nicely decorated and furnished. Queen in the master, queen in the 2nd plus a double futon. Sleeps 6. Vaulted ceilings in living room adds to the spacious feel. The kitchen has a breakfast nook, no dishwasher. The gas grill is on the back deck where you can sit and look over the lagoon. Nice backyard is newly landscaped and walled and leads to a great dock for your boat or for fishing. Covered fish cleaning station with water and electric. Nice deck furniture for sunning. Central air, 3 TVs, VCR, washer/dryer, microwave, no dishwasher. $1100/week after Labor Day except for Thanksgiving. WIFI available!
