High speed wireless internet w/Comcast in 2nd Bedroom (modem) 3TV's (52" in the living room). Large, open Florida Room off the living area. 32' dock with 50 amp elec and water hookup is on the side of the house.
1 Queen, 2 Twins, P/O Couch in Living Room. Tile floors in the main living area and wood flooring in the bedrooms.
Pool with depth from 3.5-6' Pool heat is $200/wk add'l if requested
