This cute ground level home is located on the oceanside of Marathon, with 125' dockage and an easy access to the Atlantic! All the necessities for the fishermen- fish cleaning table and bait freezer, commercial ice machine! Enjoy the heated pool, patio and gas grill for cooking your catch! This property has plenty of space for boats and jet-skis. There is water on both sides of the property. Hot tub in a screened porch on the streetside! The tub costs $75 to fill, and $50 per week for second/multiple-week stays. This kitchen is updated and well-equipped. It has a quartz countertop island. Open kitchen, dining and living areas are great for entertaining! The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms have a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, and a sofa that opens up into a queen-sized bed in the living area. Central Air, 3 cable TVs and washer/dryer. WIFI High-Speed Internet. Pool with optional heating or cooling. Pool Heat/Chiller an additional $150/weekA small dog is considered for a pet fee of $125.
