Enjoy the new heated pool and patio with gas grill to cook your catch! Plenty of room for your boats and jet skis, as there is water on two sides of this nice property.
Screened porch on the street side with hot tub! There is a $75 fill fee for the tub, $50/week for second/multiple weeks.
