Lovely home near Vaca Cut in Marathon. Cute house features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open living/dining room and kitchen on the waterside of the house. There is a King in one bedroom, Queen in the second and the sofa in the living room make into a Queen bed.
What a great location on a small lagoon which offers privacy and lots of outdoor space. There is plenty of dockage and very easy access to the Atlantic or the Gulf. Fun fishing off the dock! For your convenience, there is a fish cleaning table, bait freezer and downstairs storage for your gear. Central A/C and other amenities include 2 cable TVs, DVD, Comcast Hi-speed internet, washer/dryer.
This house includes membership to the Cabana Club located on nearby Key Colony Beach.
