The Greens has a community pool for you to use. Shipyard is also home to world class tennis facilities at Van Der Meer tennis facility. You can some see some of the best players in the world get trained and also get in a good workout. Shipyard has restaurants, golf, tennis, bike paths and miles of beaches to enjoy.
