Property Description

A boat ride down the river is possible on a hot summer's afternoon, just minutes away from the Big Springs River. Johnny Sacks Cabin and scenic Mesa Falls are must-sees. It is only a 25 minute drive from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The cabin is located on a peaceful piece of land with pine trees. This cabin is perfect for a family getaway with its 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The cottage has a propane-supplied gas grill and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a cozy seating area. TIME TO CONNECT DON'T DISCONNECT FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY: There is no flat-screen TV. It doesn't include satellite, but it does come with a DVD player so you can bring your favorite movies. These are unnecessary when you're outside enjoying the great outdoors. A fire pit can be a great addition to your backyard. One bedroom on the main level has a queen-sized bed, and there is a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Two bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other has two bunk beds. The second room has both a full-sized and a bunk bed. (Upper bunk not made). Loved this cabin! We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep! The kitchen had more than we were expecting to cook with which was very nice. Was also nice to have laundry right in the cabin. Fire pit and front porch are great! We had animal tracks in the snow one morning and a fox ran through the property one evening.

Best cabin experience out of them all.

It was quaint, comfortable, secluded, private, and beautiful. We had to leave a day early because of bad weather coming that would have prevented us from leaving, but it was worth every penny for the day we were there and would stay there again.

Pleasant stay at a cozy cabin

Campfire Cottage was cozy and well-equipped. We used the gas fireplace every evening to take the chill out of the air. We cooked all of our meals at the cottage, which has all of the kitchen equipment one needs to make meals. There is no TV or internet service, so we spent quiet evenings reading books. The road to the cabin is a bit rough, so drive slowly. Make sure to drive to see Big Springs about 3-4 miles away...the water is the clearest you will ever see!

Liked the cabin a great deal. Loved the firepit. The griddle in the kitchen was broken. The shower was so so. Otherwise great.

We had a wonderful time! We stayed at the cabin while we were visiting Yellowstone for a couple of days and it couldn't have been more perfect. Clean, cozy, and a great location. We would recommend this sweet spot to anyone!!!
