our big family had the best time there this last weekend,this is our second year staying there and will book it again next yr for sure. The snowmobile trail is right out our front door and i was able to get my 42 foot trailer in there too great parking.

Our family came back to this cabin for the 2nd year in a row and it did not disappoint. We have plenty of room to stretch; great gathering spaces to play games or relax and catch up. The cabin is clean, well stocked with linens and essential kitchen wares. We hope to keep coming back in years to come! Thank you for opening this space to our family.

We have been coming to this cabin every other year for many years. This is the only cabin we will ever stay at. Enough room for our big family. Beds comfortable. Hot tub is a plus.

Beautiful Cabin. Well equipped with everything you need have a great time. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend. However, getting into the cabin is HORRIBLE. Not the rental property you want to rent in the winter if you have trucks and or trailers.

Our stay was very good. We had a problem with snow removal and took us 2 hours to park our trailers. The cabin was great and after calling about the snow removal it was taken care of so we were happy people. I would recommend this cabin for large groups.

Beautiful cabin with a great floor plan. More then enough room for our large family. The kitchen was equipped other than no pepper.. Overall I highly recommend this cabin for a large family.

Very nice home , plenty of room- had room to spare- plenty of furnishings, cooking utensils, Well laid out for large family. Would defintely do again.

We had a great time at the North Star lodge. There was plenty of room for our family members. The setting was beautiful. We received immediate help with any questions or concerns. We would definitely go again.

The Cabin was the best we stayed in for all the years we have been going to Island Park. It had a lot a comfortable seating, a nice layout, good views, plenty of kitchen space for a large group and was located in a great spot. Only complaints were there were sheets and towels left in the dryer, the frying pan non stick surface was coming off and should be replaced (We will bring one with us next year), needed more paper towels were needed because one roll is not enough(we will bring our own next year) and there was not a sharp knife in the kitchen. We tried to sharpen them but we are not too good. We are planning on using it again next year and would recommend it to anyone with a large group and needs a lot of room.

Everything great just one issue

None of us had explored the Island Park area, so we enjoyed checking it out. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed and our group enjoyed the pool table, relaxing in the hot tub, sitting around the fire pit at night, and having space to spread out when we weren't out exploring. The only part we didn't enjoy was that the queen beds were not super comfortable and crackle when you move.

Overall the property worked well. Be aware, however, that even though it advertised cell service and wifi, neither were available. One of our group had to work on a computer but couldn't do it at the house. Fortunately there is a little convenience store on the highway that let her sit inside and work for a while. Pros - Spacious and well laid out Beautiful location with nice seclusion Plenty of parking Finished nicely Cons - No cell service or wifi as advertised Beds and furnishings are showing some wear One closet in the basement had an unpleasant odor We would definitely recommend the lodge and will likely stay there again in the future. It works very well for families with kids and they loved the children's loft area to play and pretend in. The mezzinine loft was a great gathering place for games together.
