Great place to stay. Although it was a replacement for the one that we booked, we felt like it was a way better option than what we paid for. Me and my my family had a great time, house is very nice and comfortable. I really liked the playground on the backyard we were able to watch the kids while they were playing without a problem. Also had access to the forest From the back of the house to explore beautiful nature. I would really recommend this place plus staff were very nice and made us feel comfortable during our stay.

This was my second time booking a rental property with Lake Tahoe Accommodations. As always, the check in process was very simple and easy. They provided all the necessary instructions and gave me directions to the property. The property itself was very good, spacious and was ideal for a summer vacation getaway. It came equipped with everything we could ask for along with TV, internet and a hot tub. Compare to some other websites I checked, LTA was very reasonably priced and well worth the money. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to find a vacation rental in the Tahoe area.

Trip with 3 families. Fit everyone comfortably no problem. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to bbq one night. The back yard is great!!! Around 6:00 the back yard is perfectly shaded and great for all of us to hang out.

We are renting from Lake Tahoe Accommodations for many years and we are extremly happy with the crow and the service they provide. We stayed at this house before and we really loved it. My family and I were so excited to take a summer vacation together and be able to stay in the same house, rather than staying in a hotel. in separate rooms. The house we stayed in surpassed our expectations. It was more then enough space and gave us plenty of room for entertainment. My children and my nieces loved the outdoor play structure. One of my favorite parts of the house was the fact that you could go beyond the backyard and into the great outdoors. The hot tub was such a bonus. We were not only satisfied with the house we chose, but the service was excellent. We look forward to our next time up in Tahoe and will with out a doubt be calling Tahoe Accommodations!

Yet again, these guys never fail to impress! We loved the house! We had a couple of small issues, called them up, and they immediately sent someone over to fix them! He was super nice, took care of things, and we were on our way. The location was outstanding (we always bring bikes to get to the lake and so forth, so it's nice having it so close to Richardson). Everything is kept clean, the amenities all work, and we love that we don't have to worry about little things like spices and other sorts of things you wouldn't remember to buy at the store. Lake Tahoe Accommodations is the only place we'll use, and why we continue to come back and use them each year. Thanks again for a wonderful experience - we'll see you next year!!

Great house for a family and the playground in the backyard was a huge plus for our toddler! Close distance to many attractions and restaurants. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This property's description online was spot on. I would even go further to say it was a very well designed house, accommodated a large crowd, and was a short drive away from the strip. You are a fifteen minute drive from the Cal side of Heavenly, right off Rt 50 and within walking distance to a great grocery store. I would definitely come back to this place again and would certainly recommend Lake Tahoe Accommodations as they have been a pleasure to work with.

Customer service was great, very friendly. Got a gift bag plus a bottle of wine. It was a beautiful and cozy home, clean, well maintained, very quite area. Close to the casinos and stores. We had a great time! The kitchen was big enough for all of us to cook together. Heaters and wifi worked great. Masters bedroom was awesome with the Jacuzzi bath- tub and huge shower. We enjoyed the private hot tub in the backyard. The only con I have is the stairs. Just be careful going up and down. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

This house was amazing and we will recommended to any one. It has a great backyard especially if you have kids with a beautiful view of forest which we were able to have access and walk into that. Inside of this house is very nice as well including all the bedrooms and living room. It has been very nice decorated and also it is very clean and organized. The office and the staff were great as usual and we simply love this group and since we using lake Tahoe Accommodations for years we will rent from this place for years to come. I rented this beautiful home in mid-May. The weather was gorgeous and my children loved the play structure in the back yard. This home was very spacious and afforded immense comfortability. The kitchen was fully equipt with everything you could imagine. I did have one problem with the back patio door lock being broken which was resolved the following morning when a locksmith was sent out. I would definitely rent again and recommend this company to my family and friends.

The cabin was perfect for our group. We had 10 people, and there was more than enough space for all of us. All of the rooms are spacious. Three of the rooms have closets that could be considered additional rooms because they are so large. The master suite was amazing. The dual headed shower, bath, and balcony were an excellent addition to the master. Of course, we all enjoyed the hot tub. The backyard backs up to the forest, perfect for snow shoeing and exploring. There wasn't much street parking, although you are allowed 4 parking spots (two in the garage and two in the driveway). The location is a bit farther from the casinos, but other than that we had no complaints!

This was the third time my family enjoyed this property. The home is immaculate and has everything you need and more. Our grandsons especially enjoyed the play structure in the backyard. Everything is in close proximity. I highly recommend this property. We will be back to our home away from home.

We rented this home for a long weekend and had 6 staying at the house - it was wonderful and very cozy but plenty of room. We enjoyed having a large group for dinner and the house was perfect for this. I would recommend this house - it was clean, neat and well maintained.

This was a wonderful house. The equipment in the house is second to none and made our stay very easy and comfortable. Our wedding guests from the UK found the house comfortable and welcoming with so much space that we could be very private when we wanted. The house also came equipped with coyotes and a black bear which thrilled all of our guests. The staff at Lake Tahoe Accommodations were absolutely excellent and could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. Can't recommend this agency and house more highly.

This is a great house - we loved it. It's spacious, very clean, and well-furnished. There was room for our whole family including kids and grand kids. The kitchen had every utensil or pan you could ever need. The yard is very nice and the children loved the play structure. We took wonderful walks around the neighborhood and among the trees. It's close to shopping and beaches. Plenty of parking is available and the hot tub was very much enjoyed. We highly recommend this house and plan on staying here next time!
