House: The views!!!! You can see the lake from not only both deck levels but also from the main living room, 2 bedrooms, the stairs, and lower level rec room. We didn't find any other places in this price range that had anything comparable in terms of the views. -The house was clean when we got there. -The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. -The upper deck is fantastic for socializing with the group and watching sunset over the lake. -The lower deck still has the views but also provides a quiet place to slip away from where were were hanging out as a group most of the time. -We didn't end up using the hot tub since it was the summer time while we were there but it's location on the lower deck still had nice views but also some privacy. -The beds are very comfortable (it would have been nice to have a King in the 2nd Master / Ensuite room, but all good). -The 2x Master Bathrooms are great! The shared 3rd full bathroom is perfectly fine but could use a little updating (still totally functional though). -The rec room is a great space that we ended up only really spending one night hanging in but I could see other groups heavily utilizing that space. -The 2x car garage is a HUGE perk which I think isn't event mentioned in the house description. This would be fantastic in the winter for keeping cars clear, but was also awesome to have for our Wrangler rental this summer so we weren't having to put the top up and down each night. -There's ample space for getting your snow gear off and storing it in the garage or other available spots without crowding up the main entry inside. -The house in general feels very private. Because of the way the road turns and continues up, there essentially is no neighbor on your left and the neighbor on our right you can't really see. In fact I don't believe we noticed or heard any neighbors the entire time we were there. Property Managers: -Excellent advanced responsiveness. -I usually heard back within a couple hours on any advanced follow up questions I had. -The house didn't have a pack and play / crib but the team quickly sent me a link to a local company that provides rental (including delivery and pick up) services. This was a lifesaver. -We inquired about early check in because we landed in the morning. They set appropriate advanced expectations by letting us know that allow they can't guarantee an early check in, they would work to let us know if the place was ready early and call us the morning of check in to let us know. We hear this general response at most hotels and Airbnb's and typically don't actually end up getting an early check in. Much to our surprise, we received a call in the late morning letting us know the place was ready!

The lake view in this property is amazing. we enjoyed our vacation so very much and I will highly recommend this property . The house is decorated with all quality furniture and kitchen/cooking utensils. Sheets and beds are very clean and comfortable.

The house was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of Lake Tahoe. The price was also good for the luxury that we had. Additionally, their staff at the office were we picked up our keys where very helpful and I will definitely come back to stay for vacation using Lake Tahoe Accommodations again.

Seven of us stayed in the house over Memorial Day Weekend. The property was everything we hoped for and more! The views from the multiple decks are amazing and perfect for sunset watching, hot tubbing and BBQing. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the items we needed for cooking all of our meals. For the adventurous types, there is a road that leads up to the slopes of Heavenly to a path where the ski slope ends. You can hike up the ski trail to one of the peaks for a phenomenal view of the entire South Lake Tahoe Basin. The Casinos and beaches are a short drive or taxi ride away. I recommend Nevada Beach - plenty of parking, tons of beach to wander up and down, not too crowded even on the holiday weekend. The gas fireplaces in the house allow for a wonderful atmosphere during the evenings after sunset. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay but still wants to have tons of fun!

We rented a cabin February 25, 2016. Loved it! What a great home with a fantastic view. Location, home, amenities, comfortable bedding...everything was just perfect. On top of that everyone at Lake Tahoe Accommodations provided such great, friendly service. I would recommend them and this cabin to everyone. What a wonderful vacation my family had. Thank you.

The house location is awesome. A short drive or decent walk to the California base. Overall the house is extremely nice and great for large groups. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the "equipment" you'll need to cook in. Great basement for hanging out around the bar and watching TV or playing cards. Views of Lake Tahoe are amazing. Surprisingly the guys who slept on the 3 rollouts even said they were fairly comfortable, although alcohol helps to sleep. The one knock on the house is the hot tub. It only sits 3 avg. sized adults before spills over. The rental company was great to work with and the one time we had a slight mechanical issue they sent someone over to fix it right away. We'll use them again when we come back.

Stayed here the weekend after NYE. Loved it! The location is great, the views are amazing, and the house is very nice and comfortable. There are two main living areas, but we spent most of our time in the one downstairs because it had the dedicated bar and game table. Our only gripes were the following: - The unit actually sleeps only 9 adults comfortably. The 3 roll-away beds are best for children. - The hot tub only works for about an hour before it shorts out. It wasn't a huge deal, since it was a good cue to get out. Repairmen were very responsive though. We will definitely stay here again, but with a max of 9 adults.
