The oversized private balcony on the 2nd story provides unobstructed & expansive vistas of both sunrise & sunset, not to mention both bay & beach views which is a true rarity in Perdido Key. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite full size shower, flat screen TV and double doors that open onto the expansive balcony.

The guest bedroom also has a king size bed, flat screen TV and the 2nd bathroom has a full size shower and tub with all the amenities needed. The loft is accessed via a spiral staircase, hosting 2 twin beds, a large flat-screen with DVD, and 360 degree panoramic views.
