Oceanfront condo on third floor with beautiful ocean views! Gorgeous upgraded property. Quiet home listen to the sounds of the sea

As of December 2019, all new kitchen and bathroom cabinets with granite countertops, new vinyl flooring in the living room, kitchen, and both bathrooms. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms is 952 sq ft condo. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king (bedding for both options is furnished).

This unit has a large sectional couch for your comfort and includes a window A/C in the living for warmer days. We find it is rarely needed because the tradewinds keep you comfortable pretty much year round. There are 6 ceiling fans, and FREE secure 5G (400 mbps) Wi-Fi Internet access for your laptop and other devices. This unit is spacious and bright. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, stove/oven; linens and towels; washer/dryer; a telephone for free calls, cable TV, and CD/stereo. This home is a wonderful value for 4 guests .

The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or tea as you watch the whales playing (December-March) or boats going in and out of the harbor. Wonderful ocean and courtyard views from your lanai.

The ocean front heated pool is set in a tropical landscaped courtyard that will inspire you to relax. If you're not into swimming there are plenty of lounge chairs for reading and sunning. There are shared outdoor propane barbecues, dining tables, chairs and tiki torches to enhance the tropical atmosphere.

We are proud of our condo and would love to have you share our piece of paradise. Kana'i A Nalu is a quiet oceanfront resort that sits on breathtaking Ma'alaea Bay away from the road. If there is a big south swell, the wave off the harbor, "Freight Trains," can be one of the best in the world attracting expert surfers. Toward the east of Ma'alaea is a great spot for windsurfing, during both trade and Kona winds. Just a short walk down the quiet, tree-lined street from Kana'i A Nalu is Haycraft Park, with miles of uninterrupted sand and surf that leads to the Sugar Beach area. You will be inspird to walk, run, or build sand castles. The tropical water is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, surfing, or windsurfing. This setting is wonderful for romantic sunset strolls.

Ma'alaea is centrally located on the island between South and West Maui. Less than a mile down the road from Kana'i A Nalu, is Ma'alaea Harbor with its great restaurants and shops, the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, a putt-putt golf course, rock climbing wall, trampoline and bumper boats. Fun for the entire family!

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.

*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.

*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.
