We allow up to 6 guests but a maximum of four adults, please. There are extra person fees for the 5th and 6th person.

Welcome to Kana'i A Nalu, a quiet resort that sits on the ocean away from the road. This complex sits directly on breathtaking Ma'alaea Bay. This setting is wonderful for romantic sunset strolls. For the more active person, there is a great beach to run on as you can do so for miles in peace away from the crowds. Just a short walk down the quiet, tree-lined street from Kana'i A Nalu is Haycraft Park, which leads to 4 miles of uninterrupted sand and surf all the way to the Sugar Beach area. If there is a big south swell, the wave of the harbor, "Freight Trains," can be one of the best in the world attracting expert surfers. Toward the east of Ma'alaea, is a great spot for windsurfing, during both trade and Kona winds. This property is located less than a mile walking distance to Ma'alaea Harbor and it is centrally located on the island between South and West Maui. Three miles of quiet sandy beach will entice you to walk, run, or build sand castles. The tropical water is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, surfing, or windsurfing.

A short walk down the road will lead you to Ma'alaea Harbor with its great restaurants and shops, including the Five Star rated waterfront. Just steps away are the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, a putt-putt golf course, rock climbing wall, trampoline and bumper boats. Fun for the entire family!

The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or tea as you watch the whales playing (December-March) or boats going in and out of the harbor. The ocean front heated pool is set in a tropical landscaped courtyard that will inspire you to relax. If you're not into swimming there are plenty of lounge chairs for reading and sunning. There are charcoal barbecues and a gas grill for you to use.

This condo is 952 sq ft. The master bedroom has a king bed with remodeled bathroom. The second bathroom is remodeled with a walk-in shower and removable shower head and the second bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed. The living room offers two comfortable chairs to recline and a Queen sofa bed.

The home has a fully stocked kitched with a dishwasher, stove/oven, filtered water, crockpot and includes a washer and dryer; linens and towels are provided; there is a telephone for free calls and cable TV. FREE 5G (400 mbps) high speed secure Wi-Fi Internet access for your laptop and other devices.

There are six ceiling fans throughout this home and the tradewinds keep you comfortable. There are 3 split AC units as well just in case you need extra cooling.

Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.

* Every Maui Vision property listed is a non-smoking home; this includes the lanai (balcony) and hallways.

* There is a $200 fine for smoking. There is a designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building.

* Guest will be charged for extra cleaning or damage to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the unit or outside on the lanai or hallways. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
