The apartment features a spacious and bright living room with an open-plan American-style kitchen and a welcoming breakfast bar. Fully equipped, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare your meals. The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, a separate toilet, a large walk-in shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment on the upper floor, as well as the spacious private terrace. The accommodation is completely independent, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

Security deposit required
A security deposit will be requested, including for Airbnb guests, through a bank card pre-authorisation. The amount may range from €300 to €1,500, depending on the accommodation.
You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete your check-in. At that time, you will be able to register your bank card for the security deposit.
If we are unable to process the deposit authorisation, access to the accommodation cannot be granted.
Baby equipment available as an option
A baby package including a travel cot and high chair is available for an additional €15 per stay.
The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot (no additional thick mattress is included).
Baby bed linen is not provided.
Early check-in or late check-out
Available only upon request and subject to availability, with an additional fee of €40.
Late arrival after 11:00 PM
An additional fee of €40 applies only if a personal welcome is required.
If late arrival after 11:00 PM is done independently (self check-in), no additional fee will be charged.
