Welcome to Saida Towers I #504, a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located at one of South Padre Island’s premier beachfront properties.

Condo Features:
Entertainment: TV in each bedroom and one in the living room
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom, king bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room
Flooring: Rug/carpet in the living room, with tile throughout the rest of the condo
Ceiling Fans: Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, but no ceiling fan in the living room
Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances and utensils, plus a standard coffee maker
Bathrooms: The master bathroom, while the second bathroom has a walk-in shower

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
