This spacious chalet offers 3,400 sq ft spread out over two levels. Upper and lower living room/family room make this home perfect for multi-family vacations. Four of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; also making the chalet optimal for multi-couple trips, family reunions, ski groups, girls' weekend/guys golf trips, corporate retreats, masterminds, etc. The convenient location is an easy 5-min drive to the base of the mountain, or catch transit that picks up and drops off right outside the development. Other highlights of this chalet include; an open design chefs kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, a gas BBQ, huge deck with Adirondack furniture, lower patio with private six-seater hot tub, balcony overlooking the golf course, serene forest and golf course window views, a mud room for boots/skis/gear, and a 2-car garage. Theres plenty of space in this chefs kitchen to prepare home-cooked meals that will nourish your whole group with local cuisine. For breakfast, whip up pancakes with pure Canadian maple syrup and peameal bacon. Pack picnic sandwiches for lunch on the slopes. For dinner, bake a Tourtiere, or grill some fresh veggies from the Whistler Farmers Market, as well as salmon and arctic char fish. The Primary Suite has a King bed with a beautiful hardwood headboard, matching nightstands with elegant, adjustable reading lamps, a bureau, and oversize armchair. The chalet backs up to Fairway #14, but the property also has a buffer of dense pine forest. Plenty of privacy and serenity here. The lower deck has a covered sitting area, as well as a bubbling hot, six-seat hot tub. After a summer day golfing, or a winter day on the slopes, relax at night with a dip in this soothing hot tub. The alpine fragrance of spruce, cedar, and ponderosa will restore your spirit. The music of mountain wind whistling in the pines will lull you to sleep.
