This is a very spacious, nicely furnished,one bedroom condo. Over look the pool and ocean from your private oceanfront balcony. This unit has a full kitchen, newly remodeled for the 2014 season. Upgrades include granite counter tops, new cabinets, and a new refrigerator. All new bedroom furniture was added for the 2018 season. Also included is a high efficiency washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV'S, DVD, phone, and Free Wifi provided, (cannot guarantee service,) and central a/c. **This owner also provides a starter package of soaps and paper products.**The building charges a non refundable registration fee due on arrival. Unit is non smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 5.Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
