Welcome to your beachside retreat at Island Cabana 204! Located just steps from the sand on 90th Street, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers everything you need for a relaxing Ocean City getaway.

When you arrive, you’ll find the elevator conveniently located in the middle of the building under the garage, with luggage carts nearby for easy unloading. There’s also a wash station right next to the elevator — perfect for rinsing off sandy feet and beach gear after a day on the shore.

Inside, you’ll enjoy an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen stocked for comfort and convenience. The kitchen features both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, baking sheet, and large cooking pots. Guests will also find a crock pot, waffle maker, cutting board, oven mitts, cake mold, cooking utensils, cups, bowls, plates, and a cheese grater for easy meal prep.

For longer stays, there’s a washer and dryer tucked neatly in a closet opposite the oven, along with a mop bucket, making cleanup simple.

Step out onto the furnished balcony to enjoy fresh coastal air, or head upstairs to the rooftop pool and take in the panoramic views of Ocean City’s skyline and beaches.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.

If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.

All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.

Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
