This sanctuary is located south of 30A on a rare coast dune lake, surrounded by the live oak arms Mother Nature. Enjoy 2000+ square feet waterfront decking, including a ramp to the floating dock that allows for fishing or kayak access. This slice of paradise can be enjoyed even during the hottest months of Florida because it is surrounded by over 50 trees. The house is beautiful, but the outdoor oasis invites you to relax and slow down as Old Seagrove requires. This home is accessible to those with disabilities. The main floor is located on the ground floor. There is also a ramp that leads to the dock from your backyard deck.
