This great beach house comfortably sleeps 15 guests with 3 queen bedrooms, a hall bunk room with twin bunks, another bedroom with 1 twin/full bunk with a full trundle, and a large recreation room that also includes a queen sofa sleeper.

Peek A View is a newly renovated vacation home located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the gated community of Sunrise Beach. The 3 story home features a ground level rec room perfectly suited for family entertainment with a huge, wall mounted 60" flat screen TV, bumper pool table and wet bar. The open floor plan and living space on the 2nd floor offers plenty of seating for entertaining or dining together. "Peek-a-boo" views, multi-level porches, courtyard, and spacious pool area complete the outdoor living spaces to be enjoyed at this relaxing vacation getaway.

A quick and leisurely bike ride or walk to the shops of Gulf Place for dining and shopping make this vacation spot a much desired locale. Parents may relax in this worry-free and child friendly gated community at Sunrise Beach, with only 100 yards to the community beach access and the sugar sand and emerald waters of the beaches of South Walton.
