Further in, the bright and sunny living area features paneled sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the private deck and pool. The living room features two dove-gray couches and two vintage-modern bucket chairs. This comfortable seating ensemble centers around a patterned rug and tiered drink table. An extra-large TV is mounted above a white stone fireplace—perfect for the big game or evening movie entertainment. A sleek, built-in wet bar offers easy access to refreshing drinks. Honey-toned floors flow into the formal dining area, which features a hardwood table and eight slipcovered chairs beneath an elegant chandelier. Adjacent to the dining area is an open kitchen that would make a chef proud.
