Morrow Cottage -Morrow Cottage, a coastal cottage located in the charming community of Old Florida Beach on 30A, is the perfect escape from the chaos of everyday life. Although it radiates a quiet and secluded feel, it is conveniently located near the beach and only a few minutes from town. This cozy vacation home includes three bedrooms, a bunk nook, and two and a half bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. The first level is dedicated to the master suite and guest bedroom. The master suite is spacious and includes a king-size bed, armchair and matching ottoman, TV, en-suite bath, and direct access to an outdoor veranda. The guest room features a queen-size bed, two side chairs, TV, and a private bath. Between these rooms, an adjoining hallway includes a built-in nook with a twin bunk. Climb the stairs to the second floor, where you will find an open living area with towering ceilings. A sectional couch and two accent chairs face a TV and fireplace mantel. The sectional couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa to provide additional sleeping space. The dining area beside the living room features a cottage-styled table with seating for six. Additional seating is provided at the kitchen island, which is great for cooking up a beachy buffet and serving coastal concoctions. French doors lead from the living area to a covered porch. Bring your favorite tropical drink and enjoy the coastal air and stunning views from the deck chairs.Ascend the spiral staircase to the third floor. Here, guests will find an observation tower bedroom with two twin beds and a TV. This is a fun spot for the kids to sleep!One of the best parts about the Morrow Cottage is its close proximity to a large community pool, the pristine beaches, and Draper lake. Its accessible location allows guests to easily explore the unique outdoor environment of the Gulf Coast. Visitors will also find restaurants, bars, boutiques, and other conveniences nearby.First Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Patio Access, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Laundry. Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room.Third Floor: Loft with Two Twin Beds.*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the fall and holiday weeks.*The use of golf carts are prohibited in the Old Florida Beach community.*Note This property may have date restrictions that apply.
