Located less than a five-minute stroll from the shore, this bungalow ensures guests will enjoy a memorable 30A vacation. The home features an open living space with high ceilings, furnished balconies, a private pool, a golf cart, and complimentary bikes. With three bedrooms, it can comfortably host up to twelve guests.

Once you’ve arrived at your paradise destination, you’ll immediately be transported to a land of relaxation mixed with coastal luxury. Situated on the second floor, the main living area radiates a bright and happy vibe. Tiled floors, beachy décor, and colorful accents add to the welcoming atmosphere. The living room boasts a tan wraparound couch set atop a patterned rug and ottoman. Two plush armchairs provide additional seating. The setup faces a dormant stone fireplace and a TV. The dining area includes a cottage-style table and four chairs. In the kitchen, you’ll find granite countertops, white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. This open great room adjoins a lovely sunroom with a couch and chairs. From here, a glass door opens onto a sun-soaked deck furnished with a table, chairs, and BBQ grill.

Bedrooms are found on both levels. The first floor features a cozy bunkroom with two twin bunks, a teal armchair, and a TV. It has access to a full hall bath. Upstairs, the charming primary suite has a king-size bed, reading corner, wall-mounted TV, and access to the balcony. Its ensuite bath has a large glass-walled walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom on this floor has a queen-size bed, wicker dresser, sunny window, and TV.

In addition to comfortable accommodations, this home has several other perks. A rooftop deck offers incredible coastal views.
