Tucked in the historic village center of Grayton Beach on 30A, Grayton Magnolia is a lovely, two-level vacation home that radiates coastal relaxation and southern charm. This home is perfect for your South Walton vacation with a screened-in front porch, private swimming pool, and updated accommodations. Three bedrooms and gracious living space provide room for 12 beach-loving guests.
Upon arrival, you are greeted with live oaks and tropical plants adorning a paver drive that leads to the cutest front porch. The porch is furnished with white chairs and a cushioned swing. From here, glass doors open into a warm and sunny great room. Honey-toned floors, large windows, white furnishings, and coastal accents create a laidback setting. The cozy seating ensemble is comprised of a tan couch, matching armchairs, and a chic wooden bench. The setup surrounds a hardwood drink table and faces a large TV.
