Property Description

This four-bedroom, newly constructed beach house will be a hit with your family. The spacious and beautiful Beach Heaven is located in the Highland Parks neighborhood, Blue Mountain Beach, on a quieter west side. Highland Parks has a large lagoon pool that is heated. It also includes a community grilling area and fire pit. The pool is located only 100 meters from Beach Heaven. A brand new 6-seater premium golf cart is included to make it easy to get to the beach. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes by car or golf cart, or in 7-8 minutes by bicycle (four bikes included). ).


A huge family room opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen and a queen-sized guest room with a full bathroom. The second floor houses a second living space and three bedrooms. The king-sized primary bedroom has a sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. Down the hall is a guest room, queen. There is also a queen-sized bed and, the kids' favorite, a bunk bedroom with two sets twin bunk beds, which sleeps four. There is ample parking for three to four cars or three cars and a cart.
